**hint: it's our wedding**

Actually, that was misleading. What you will think you're looking at when you see these photos is our wedding day. What you will actually be seeing is a Sunday evening about a week after our wedding day. That's right, folks. I forced my husband to put his suit back on and my dad to pull out his camera and interrupt family dinner to take staged wedding photos with the trailer, because we didn't take any the day of (not with us in them, anyway - some of these were in fact taken by our wonderful photographers on our wedding day). "It's for marketing," I explained, condescendingly, when my family mocked me.

Anyway. Here are the faux wedding photos (and a few verified genuine ones), in all their glory.

Peep her flat tire post-wedding. She tired. Oops.

Wow. Swoon. Aren't we just the cutest couple of all time?! Gosh, couldn't you just fall in love???

Just kidding, folks. I now present to you, the real us. You're welcome.

Also please kindly note Mitchell's bandaged thumb below. The last day of our honeymoon, immediately upon returning home, he cut it while making dinner and had to go to the ER. It's hidden in all of the staged pictures but I had forgotten about the bandage still being on when we took these, so I'm glad it made it into one. Lolz.

That's all for now, friends! Stay tuned for a whole new wedding season worth of blog posts this summer!
